How to Make Antioxidant-rich Chocolate Covered Strawberries
Simple, delicious and oh so nutritious – these dark chocolate covered strawberries are perfect for the season and for any time you want a special treat, even for those on a paleo diet. Nothing says Valentine’s more than these antioxidant-rich berries dipped in dark chocolate.
Choose organic strawberries, if you can. Then dip the red juicy strawberries in this easy-to-make three-ingredient dark chocolate sauce. So skip the fancy box of chocolates and make these healthy and delectable chocolate-covered strawberries for your love.

Ingredients:
12 Strawberries
Chocolate Sauce
• 3 T coconut oil, melted
• 1/3 c. cocoa powder
• 1 ½ to 2 T raw agave nectar
Directions:
Rinse and dry the strawberries. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set these aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, cocoa powder and agave nectar until smooth. Pour chocolate into a deep dish or glass, so you can dip strawberries.
Dip strawberries, one at a time, into the chocolate, making sure to coat it entirely. Place on parchment paper.
Place strawberries in the refrigerator and allow chocolate to set (at least one hour).
