Spring is around the corner and before long it will be time to shed your winter coats and come out of hibernation. 1.Drink lots of water

2. Cut out processed foods.

Common sense, right? It is better to know what you are eating. Read the labels and if there’s something on the ingredient list that you can’t even pronounce, it’s best to skip it. Processed foods have way too much salt, sugar, and oil.

Of course, since you are cutting out processed and junk foods, it is logical to eat whole foods. Make fresh food like soups, salads and stir-fries. Perfect for springtime weather. Choose organic produce when possible. To add flavor to your dishes, use natural herbs and spices. Stock up a healthy kitchen.

4.Go outside and exercise.

Winter and jacket season is behind you, so go outside and move. You can walk, run, bike and engage in fun outdoor activities.

5.Breathe.

Deep breathing exercises are essential to any detox. Sounds simple and obvious but it’s true by taking deep conscious breaths, you will cleanse your mind and lungs.
